London’s Houses of Parliament rise over the Westminster Bridge near sundown in 2016. The Welsh Caves in Alabama are connected to Parliament by Richard Hakluyt, the 16th-century historian and politician who served there while recording the legend of Prince Madoc in his publication The Principal Navigations, Voyages, Traffiques and Discoveries of the English Nation. Madoc was later attributed by some as the builder of the caves.
