Fearsome stone busts depicting the Mesoamerican gods Quetzalcoatl and Tlaloc jut out from the western wall of the Temple of the Feathered Serpent at the ruins of Teotihuacán in the Valley of Mexico. The temple is within the mysterious city’s Citadel.
