The outer wall of the House of Many Windows blends almost imperceptibly into the rock face of Cliff Canyon at Mesa Verde National Park, CO. Constructed sometime around 1200 CE by Ancestral Puebloans, the cliff dwelling had 15 rooms. The four openings that are pictured were actually doors.
