Chetro Ketl was an Ancestral Puebloan great house at Chaco Canyon, one of the most important Native American population centers in what is now the Four Corners region of the Southwestern United States. The site, which was inhabited between approximately 950-1250 CE, is considered sacred by Native American peoples living in nearby areas of New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, and Utah.
